By accessing or using any service I provide — including this website and the Kea AI platform — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

JPN Software Development Services provides custom software development, AI-integrated SaaS products, and related consulting services. My products include Kea AI, a platform that automates social media bookings and customer queries for businesses. Service details, features, and pricing are subject to change at my discretion with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

Some services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify me immediately of any unauthorized use. I reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid services are billed in advance on a subscription or one-time basis as specified at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Xendit. By providing payment information, you authorize me to charge the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Use our services to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials on this website and my products are the intellectual property of JPN Software Development Services unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Custom software developed for clients under a separate agreement is governed by that agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the services is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JPN Software Development Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid me in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason at my discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting me.
